This cuff is a version of the LW29 Square Stud accessories The London Leatherman offered throughout the 1970s.

Made with antique style pronged studs that bear a similar weight and chrome finish as the originals. The studs are adhered to superior quality (Italian) leather and backed with a fine layer of leather to sit against your skin. This accessory is stitched, the edges are sealed (painted) by hand and fastens with two chrome snap poppers. Made in London, England.
